The main contract, awarded to Fletcher Construction, was to redevelop a new station for the new double rail tracks at Avondale.
Service Engineers Limited's scope was a supervisory role due to their experience in nearly 20 other station development projects they had been involved in over the past few years. Service Engineers subcontracted works to Coastline Construction Group and CCS Manufacture for soffiet and Roofing, and Fascia work.
The work required some height work and included hazards from moving trains as tracks were operational during the project.
The project was completed on time and without incident.
