The main contract, awarded to Fletcher Construction, was to redevelop a new station for the new double rail tracks at Avondale. Service Engineers Limited's scope was a supervisory role due to their experience in nearly 20 other station development projects they had been involved in over the past few years. Service Engineers subcontracted works to Coastline Construction Group and CCS Manufacture for soffit, roofing, and fascia work.
