Service Engineers Limited has been involved in many projects for the NSCC, primarily at the Rosedale site; which operates an MLE treatment system. This project, however, was the most sizeable undertaking to date. Our scope in the design/build partnership arrangement, with Fulton Hogan, SKM and Current Eletrical, was to supply, install and commission all mechanical works.

This included: relocating the existing services; building works for the odour system, inclusive of Fan Building; PST covers & ducting; utility and wash water system; channels; pista grit traps; splitter box; sedimentation tanks; penstocks; washpactor; screens and scrapers; along with all the usual pipework, pumps, valves and actuators.  Service Engineers Ltd was also responsible for the fabrication and installation of access platforms and landings, as well as the commissioning of the plant.
