Service Engineers Limited has manufactured literally hundreds of tanks over its years in operation.

The largest tank being a vertical type manufactured API650 to hold 1.3 million litres of Heavy fuel Oil. The second largest being a horizontal tank manufactured insitu, under ground with access in component form only, to a combination of API650 and AS/NZ1692 with a capacity of 1 million litres.

Examples of other tanks that have been constructed are DAF units for waste water plants, digester gas tanks with floating roof mechanisms, underground fuel storage tanks, heated bitumen, water storage tanks, and the list goes on. Tanks are fabricated in either carbon or stainless steel to customers designs or on a design build basis.

  • Heavy Fuel Oil Installation

    • Year:2007/8
    • Complete design build project incorporating civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and control system works. Civil works involved clearing site, stabilisation of ground, foundations and construction of bunded area, access roading. Structural works covered the kits set construction of 1 x 1.
  • Underground Fuel Storage Tank installation

    • Service Engineers Limited completed the construction of 12 fuel storage tanks insitu in an underground location. All tanks were constructed to ASNZ 1692 and API650 and ranged in size from 30kl to just over 1mil litres.
