Pipe work

Service Engineers Limited’s pipe-work capability is second to none and we are well regarded as specialists in this field.  Whether it is for:

  • water or wastewater
  • petro chemical
  • power generation
  • food and beverage industry
  • pressure or light gauge
  • large or small bore
  • ductile iron, stainless steel or carbon steel

We have the in-house skills to design route runs, supports, anchor points and tie-ins to existing plant or piping.  Our welders are coded to ASME B31.1 and have developed numerous procedures over the years to handle the commercial, specified (such as LPG AS/NZ 1596) and in some cases statutory requirements of any contract.  Spooling is carried out either in the controlled space of the workshop or on-site/insitu.
