Service Engineers Limited was contracted to carry out repairs on the Lancaster and Mirage Place Pipe Bridges.  The contract included repairs to the existing pipe bridge, and fabricating and installing supports and stainless steel safety guards on either end of the bridge. Resurfacing of the pipe was subcontracted to Cake Commercial.  The contract required height work and compliance with Council health and safety requirements, as well as security fencing within a residential area.
